Inferring Dysregulated Pathways of Driving Cancer Subtypes Through Multi-omics Integrationhe subtype-specific pathways. Literature validation and functional enrichment analysis indicate that these genes are function associated with BRCA. Our method provides a new insight for identifying the driver of cancer subtypes through multi-omics data integration.

With the Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia (CCLE), Genomics of Drug Sensitivity in Cancer (GDSC) and Cancer Therapeutic Response Portal (CTRP) datasets as benchmark datasets, our proposed topology based dual-layer network model outperforms other existing popular approaches and identify some novel indications of known drugs for cancer.
