Xenografts: Biologic Combination Devicessues as they represent the possibility of a natural tissue graft which can be sourced from a young healthy source and remodel into the recipient’s own tissue, and they can be augmented with biologic factors to accelerate healing. The basic science and clinical trials of the first successful xenograft ligament device will be discussed.
