It aims to solve the problem that blockchain and the real world are fragmented. Furthermore, it has listed several fields of application in finance of the Oracle.

Application Settings and Error Handling,In this paper, the traditional mobile network architecture and softswitch architecture are compared. This paper points out the advantages of the IP based softswitch network architecture and the problems to be solved. Secondly, it introduces three models of IP QoS. Finally, the QoS characteristics supported by media gateway are introduced.
