Nomos: Developing People from Rules to Love,This chapter presents the three levels of Nomos (Law) as presented in the New Testament. The premise of this chapter is that employees should be developed to move from Nomos Level-1 Rule by edict/policy, to Nomos Level 2 Rule by logic/reason, and finally to Nomos Level 3 Rule by love.
