Preparing Versus Planning,nknowingly, to be ready for opportunities that God presents. This is contrary to much of the contemporary teaching about personal career planning and development. While I argue against personal planning, I support the use of planning for projects and tasks, since this is not about our readiness to serve God as He might request.
