Beyond Business Analytics: How Good Products Made by Good Companies Fail in the Marketplace,lly planned, with rigorous market research, and made to specifications of quality of the highest order. Yet, when brought into the marketplace, these products fail, to the point where the companies that produced them have to withdraw them from the market, thus absorbing a loss to their bottom line.
