Molecular Analysis of DNA Sequences on Chromosome 3 in Patients with Renal Cell Carcinomar is a genetic disease. In this article we describe the theory on which this view is based and the technique to identify genetic changes on a molecular level. We applied both theory and technique to human renal cell carcinoma in order to understand genetic mechanisms involved in the origin of this neoplasm.
