Introducing a Regulation on (Banking) Data Surveillance in the EU: Some Proposalsal-time monitoring of banking records are performed, this Chapter concludes the present work, introducing some proposals on the key features that should characterize a regulation concerning surveillance on banking data within the EU legal framework.
