Transcriptome Sequencing (RNA-Seq)urified DNAs with Kpn I, Hind III, Hpa I, Bam H I, and Sal I allowed an easy and clear separation of the genomes. As based on the DNA patterns four major classes of ADV strains could be constructed. Their epizootological importance is under further investigation.

Kazima Bulayeva,Oleg Bulayev,Stephen Glattg the EZISA and seroneutralisation techniques. The results obtained by the two techniques were very similar. The advantages of ELISA make it ideal for epidemiological surveys and the large scale, early detection of anti-bodies to ADV.
