Mass Measurements on Short-Lived Nuclides with ISOLTRAPive beams. Mass values with outstanding accuracy are achieved even far from stability. This paper illustrates the state of the art by summarizing the status of the ISOLTRAP experiment at ISOLDE/CERN.
