Direct Observation of Logic-Gated Dual-Switching Behaviors Inducing the State Transition in a DNA Ng transformation from photoinduced dissociation to G-quadruplex formation in bulk solution was implemented successfully. And a series of dual-switching configuration conversions indicating state-transition were also observed in a single nanoframe.

Introduction: Overview of DNA Origami as Biomaterials and Application,th imaging and dynamic observation. Moreover, recently cell-oriented applications of DNA nanodevices were developed based on DNA origami technique. This chapter summarized some representative progresses of DNA origami method in various field.
