Extended Mealy Theory,The extended Mealy theory presupposes the description of the physically/neurologically and informationally described functions of the computer or the Ψ-organ. Thus, a multi-layered functional model can be developed, i.e., a coherent description of the computer or the Ψ-organ.

Hardware languages are addressed, as well as the question why the binary technique is sufficient to simulate the Ψ-organ. Crucially, information must be described differently in neurons than in the psyche.

Information Systems of High Intelligence,rms concerning the Ψ-organ have to be defined unambiguously (axiomatically). Furthermore, it is explained why psychological models do not qualify for the extended Mealy theory, but psychoanalysis does.
