Infrared Technology for Vascular Abnormality in Finding of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm of midriff skin surface, at both regular body temperature and supine position, under normal clinical temperature. These findings suggest the influence of numerical simulation techniques on the prediction of thermal physics behaviours of AAA and abdominal skin surface.

Diffusion Tensor Imaging Biomarkers for Parkinson’s Disease Symptomatologyon-local biomarkers can be visualised, leading to an additional tool for biomarker discovery. Our approach using diffusion tensor images to predict UPDRS3 and Hoehn & Yahr scores for Parkinson’s disease patients, shows consistent and explainable results.

Conference proceedings 2022 2022, and the First Workshop on Medical Image Assisted Biomarker Discovery, MIABID 2022, both held in conjunction with MICCAI 2022, Singapore, during September 18 and 22, 2022..For MIABID 2022, 7 papers from 10 submissions were accepted for publication. Prediction of Immune and Stromal Cell Population Abundance from Hepatocellular Carcinoma Whole Slidefic immune cells had positive correlations to interferon-gamma and inflammation gene signatures while stromal cells had negative or trivial correlations. Our models of specific gene signatures and cell populations are promising to develop a novel image-based biomarker for immunotherapy.

Fault-Tolerant Computing Systemsperiments following the K-Fold Cross-Validation protocol show that the Deep Neural Network achieved an overall accuracy of 98.61% and an AUC of 99.14%. Due to its high predictive rates, the proposed method showed itself very promising in aiding early breast cancer diagnosis using infrared imaging.
