Ethical Surveillance: Applying Deep Learning and Contextual Awareness for the Benefit of Persons Livhows that deep learning is possible using relatively low capacity computing. When applied, this demonstrates promising results in spatio-temporal positioning of subjects, in prediction of movement, and assessment of contextual risk. A Knowledge-Based Simulation Framework for Decision Support in Brazilian National Cancer Institute diagnosis. The reduction of waiting time to start cancer treatment is one of the main issues for improvement of patient’s quality of life and possibilities of cure. This study presents a knowledge-based simulation framework developed at the Brazilian National Cancer Institute (INCA) to reduce patients’ waiting time to start cancer treatment.
