Fuzzy Logic Based Intelligent Vertical Handover Decision in Heterogeneous Networks,mance evaluation and support the development of real-time scenarios. For the considered set up, the proposed approach is faster than rank average by 97%, prevents ping pong handovers, and enhances the overall performance.
