,Comparing NARS and?Reinforcement Learning: An Analysis of?ONA and?,-Learning Algorithms,d .-Learning in various environments that were created using the Open AI gym. The environments have different difficulty levels, ranging from simple to complex. Our results demonstrate that NARS is a promising alternative to RL, with competitive performance in diverse environments, particularly in non-deterministic ones.

Indications of Suitable Algorithms for an AGI,rom the analyzed examples is that there are indications that the described features of human cognition are well suited to be used as a starting point when designing requirements for an explainable AGI-system.

We provide a simple scenario that shows how an AGI system might reason from contrasting, normative ethical theories and how they might combine to provide an ethical framework for AGI to engage in more complex human affairs.
