Power Sources,ts. As discussed in previous chapters, we employ a different power source for the microcontroller and the robot payload to avoid robot motor noise issues. We then design and implement a power source for an Arduino–based microcontroller board followed by a power source for the robot payload. We conclude with a series of examples.

We chose the 4WD maze navigating robot to demonstrate how a number of sensors and actuators may be used in a single, integrated system.
