Parallelisation of an industrial hydrodynamics application using the PINEAPL library,ackground information and a profiling of the application provides the basis for a parallelisation strategy. A two-stranded approach with both a functional parallelisation of part of the application and the use of library routines is reported. Excellent scalability properties of the two approaches are reported.
