Flavonoids as Antifungal Agentsicroorganisms. This chapter aims to report the efforts of the scientific discoveries and developments of new antifungal flavonoid molecules and also to understand the flavonoids chemistry. An overview of the recent papers on the antifungal activity of flavonoids which represent a potential alternative to conventional fungicides is presented.
