Roentgen-Anatomic Assessment of Left and Right Ventricular Spatial Orientation in Congenital Heart l congenital heart diseases. We therefore developed a computerized method to assess threedimensional ventricular orientation on the basis of anatomical landmarks, which can be defined reproducibly on biplane projections. This report presents the results of subjects with normal ventricles and those of patients with congenital heart disease.
