In the following chapter, the required knowledge, which is multidisciplinary, is introduced to develop the model. The required methods cover three aspects: technical, organizational, and human science perspectives.

Firstly, it describes how the evaluation was carried out in this work. Then, a case study is used to verify the developed model. Then, the evaluation of the results is presented.
