Congestion Control Network Coding Scheme in Delay-Tolerant Network the art (CASPaR). The proposed NCCCS-DTN reduces the bandwidth consumption and also lowers load on the link. NCCCS-DTN approach provides best route and also utilizes bandwidth and offers efficient congestion-free communication.
