Material and Methods, and assessment of drought impact on yields of spring barley (. L.), winter wheat (. L.) and maize (. L.). Hectare yields of the cereals were detrended for each district using the second degree polynomial function. For identification of relationships between PDSI and NDVI and drought impact on vegetation vigor was used correlation analysis.

Conclusion,imagery and correlations between PDSI and NDVI and NDVI and selected field crop yields. The strongest drought impact on spring barley yields was observed in May, on winter wheat yields were observed in April. Maize did not react so sensitively to drought, but the strongest relationship was observed
