Customer Assistance Services for Simulated Shopping Scenariosses addressing the assistance functions and customer types are evaluated by statistical significance tests of agent-based simulation runs. Among others, the results show that the assistance functions lead to reduced shopping durations and a reduced number of forgotten items for our settings.
