Palgrave Studies in Risk, Crime and Societyic’ approach often view the Buddhist background as unnecessary, perhaps even irrelevant, those within the Buddhist fraternity have come to characterize mindfulness-based approaches as somehow ‘dharma’ light, something I will return to below.
