Topology Optimization Design of Internal Reinforcements in a Sailing Dinghy as weight, stiffness and stress. At the end of the optimization procedure, the final shape of internal reinforcements consists of a truss-like web frame with a final weight equal to the 18% of the initial full body.

Evaluation of the Effects Caused by Mandibular Advancement Devices Using a Numerical Simulation Modet of OSAS. Results highlight that the mandible lift phase generates significant stress values on TMJ, which cannot be neglected for extended usage of MADs. Furthermore, mandible molar teeth are more loaded than incisor ones.
