Losses in AC Superconducting Coilsin proportion to the square of them are regarded as coupling losses. We divided the estimated AC losses into hysteresis loss components and coupling loss components..The estimated hysteresis losses were about four times higher than the corresponding theoretical values and the coupling losses were 1.

Josephson Parametric Amplifiers: Low Noise at 9GHzdsb=3±4K over a bandwidth of 310 MHz for the 4 photon amplifier (dsb = double side band). Internally pumped amplifiers were noisier, e.g., a 4 photon one gave single side band noise of the order of 50 K.
