Experimental Investigation into Electrochemical Discharge Milling of Glass by Bottom Feeding the Toolled machining chamber. The effects of three different parameters like voltages, electrolyte types and dwell time on performance characteristics have been studied. Good quality machining surface is obtained at lower voltage and higher dwell time in NaOH electrolyte solution.

Machining of Maraging Steel Through Al2O3 Abrasive Powder Assisted Electrochemical Discharge Machinierformance is evaluated in terms of material removal rate (MRR). With MINITAB software, the experimental layout for this study is designed using Response Surface Methodology (RSM) with Box-Behnken. It is observed that at parameters voltage 45?V, duty factor 35%, and Al.O. powder concentration of 3 wt.%/vol shows higher MRR.

Performance Analysis of Dynamic Magnetic Field-Assisted Electrochemical Spark Drillingocess are: (i) voltage, (ii) electrolyte concentration, (iii) tool speed and (iv) magnetic field intensity. Experimental results indicate that for higher MRR, voltage and electrolyte concentrations are the most significant factors followed by magnetic field intensity and tool speed.

From MAD to Cooperative Threat Reduction,is a non-traditional machining process. The effect of the different WEDM process parameters on the output responses is analyzed with the help of Box-Behnken Design (BBD) of Response Surface Methodology (RSM) optimization technique. Confirmatory tests are also conducted to validate the experimental results in the present research work.

The Problem with ‘Awareness’ (2002)vealed that laser power of 20?W, scanning speed of 20?mm/s and pulse frequency of 105?kHz seem to be appropriate parameters which could be selected for better value of marking characteristics such as mark intensity and mark width.
