Computed Scores: Results and Discussion,n. Various estimates for the excursion are obtained via the distance of A from the normal matrices properties of spectral value sets of A and time-varying Lyapunov equations. It is shown how the excursion can be improved by state feedback. Finally the notion of transitory excursion radius for uncertain systems is introduced and estimates obtained.

Decision Making and Decision Support Systems complementarity conditions (of the type well known in mathematical programming). It is shown by means of a list of examples that complementarity systems appear quite naturally in a broad range of applications. A solution concept for linear complementarity systems is provided, and conditions for existence and uniqueness of solutions are given.
