The Management of Laboratory Information,s this offers very robust validation and avoids the need for additional steps in signal detection. Although, recent advances provide the option of using nonradioactive probes, the selection and choice of probe labeling highly depends upon the user and the nature of the analysis.

Experimental Design and Optimization,APDH. The scope of this chapter is to provide recent advances rather than a review of literature. Hence the emphasis will be on significant advancements in current protocols. The method described here in for purification is based on the recent identification of novel isoform of GAPDH which is a high molecular weight, secretory GAPDH.

Experimental Design and Optimization,will outline current protocols that are used and relevant in the identification of peptides of GAPDH. Particularly, the protocol, liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) which has been used and validated in our laboratory for GAPDH identification will be discussed in detail.
