Chemical Nature of PhlobaphenesWe show that the space-fractional advection-diffusion equation arising from the large-scale dynamics of Lévy walks has to be modified when a boundary condition is imposed. In particular, we study the case of a reflective barrier constraining the diffusing particles to a semi-infinite domain.
