https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-030-32538-1n be increased by 19.0% with jets flow control devices on flap, and 0.87% with synthetic jets on flap. Flow control with the energy cost goes the similar way, which means that the flap synthetic jets flow control costs least. The shear stress is increased with the separation effectively controlled, accordingly the lift coefficient is increased.
