Valeri P. Frolov,Igor D. Novikove two different TWW samples as well as the tap water. Proctor compaction and California Bearing Ratio (CBR) tests were conducted on the prepared samples, and the results have shown that TWW can be a suitable replacement for fresh water in base course layers in pavement construction.

The Black Home as Black Social Space/Time,ance of interlayer bond testing for performance evaluation and focuses on a comparison of results from static and dynamic interlayer bond testing. Based on the comparison of static and dynamic bond testing the benefits from dynamic testing will be evaluated and a recommendation for the dynamic testing procedure will be presented.
