Debating the Expansion of Solidaritygarment manufacturing industry is discussed and solved as a SDFLP. A hybrid Firefly Algorithm (FA) and Chaotic Simulated Annealing (CSA) are used to optimally design layout for the garment manufacturing unit. It is found that the proposed layout is better than the existing layouts.

J. D. Lewis,R. B. Thomas,B. R. Strainlogists use retinal fundus images for assessment of this disease by manually outlining the optic cup and optic disc for analysis of the abnormality. The aim of this paper is to analyze different approaches used so far for classification of retinal images as abnormal or normal using feature extraction and classification.
