Additional Oncogenes, previous chapters we described functional groups of these oncogenes. In this chapter we describe several oncogenes that are as yet unclassified or are novel in their apparent mechanisms (Table 11.1). It is anticipated that eventually the function of these genes will be discovered and their role in normal cellular growth control defined.
