Low-Temperature Thermal Diffusivity in Polyethylened. In order to measure the thermal diffusivity directly, some kinds of dynamical experimental method should be used. We have developed a laser pulse method to measure the low-temperature thermal diffusivity, and polyethylene was adopted as the sample material.
