Are Electricity Customers Ready for a Renewables-Based Grid?,. The effort to improve the energy efficiency of homes and businesses required behavioral scientists to research ways to improve adoption of these technologies. The transition to renewables, that is occurring now and for the next 30–50?years, will require at least as much effort.
