Metal Levels in Wild Edible Vegetables,mponent analysis and cluster analysis are also carried out. Last part of the chapter deals with the health risk assessment for metal contents in the vegetables in terms of health risk index, target hazard quotient, hazard index, and target cancer risk.

Antioxidant Properties of Wild Edible Vegetables, and acetone extracts of vegetable samples, is given in first section of the chapter. In the second section antioxidant potential of each vegetable is mentioned, while in the last section of the chapter comparative assessment and statistical calculations are also given.
