Hemant Ghayvat,Subhas Chandra Mukhopadhyayd rückt die . der Hochschule immer mehr in den Vordergrund der Diskussion. Auf Wiedergabe von Zahlen kann verzichtet werden. Wichtig ist aber, da? wir zwei Probleme erkennen, mit denen sich die wissenschaftlichen Hochschulen gleichsam herausgefordert sehen. Das ist einmal die im Vergleich zu früher
