Hindfoot Alignment of Adult-Acquired Flatfoot Deformity: A Comparison of Clinical Assessment and Weie mean of clinically measured hindfoot valgus was 15.2°. It was significantly different from the mean values of all WB CBCT measurements. Using WB CBCT can help characterize the valgus HA in patients with AAFD. We found the different CT measurements to be reliable and repeatable and to significantly differ from the clinical evaluation.

Relationship Between Chronic Lateral Ankle Instability and Hindfoot Varus Using Weight Bearing Cone value (varus) and no significant effect of sex or age after adjustment for FAO..Systematic recording of FAO measurements from WBCT images along with clinical history proved successful at quantifying the risk of CLAI.
