Conclusions and Outlook,The presented web coaching concept offers new possibilities for providing coaching services for IT project management. Using WebCo@ch platform coaches can offer their services independent of their location and time. Coaching requests can be handled much faster and coachees attain more transparency in choosing coaching services.
