It is revealed that the most important role in affecting the local skin friction and heat transfer coefficients is played by the viscosity coefficient at the body surface.

Yihuai Liang,Yan Li,Byeong-Seok Shinaracter and the flow in these radial jets is investigated. The exact solutions for laminar flow are compared with those given by the boundary layer approximation. The temperature distribution for heated radial jets is derived. It is also shown that some of the features of turbulent radial jets are likely to be the same as for laminar radial jets.
