Advances in Cryptology – CRYPTO 2016ment direction is prospected. This paper suggests that China should strengthen the research on the design, construction and testing technology of acrylic pressure hull, accelerate the research pace and system layout of manned submersible, and support the construction of a maritime power.

Eike Kiltz,Daniel Masny,Jiaxin Paneat transfer capability is affected by the Taylor rolls intensity, which is determined by the inner cylinder rotating speed and the radius ratio of the annulus gap. A conclusion also can be drawn that the fluid viscous heating blocks the thermal transmission obviously.

Adi Ben-Zvi,Simon R. Blackburn,Boaz Tsaban turbine blade was investigated in this paper according to its design process. The MDO process was applied to an air-cooled turbine blade of marine gas turbine. After optimization the maximum temperature of blade was decreased by 19K. Both the maximum displacement and stress of blade were decreased, meanwhile the efficiency was increased.

Advances in Cryptology – CRYPTO 2016joint search and rescue method at sea that considered the shift of the vanishing point, narrowed the search area to a certain extent, and then reasonably divided the search area according to the search and rescue group to maximize the search efficiency, which provided an idea for joint search and rescue at sea.

Advances in Cryptology – CRYPTO 2016and and provide more adaptive capability used in different water environment, which has some certain advantages. The research results could provide a valuable reference for design of future UWOC system.
