Befehle der virtuellen Java-Maschine and 39% lower for the PIs of the ANFIS compared to the those of ANN. Moreover, the CWC measure was lower for ANFIS PIs than that for the ANN. https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-642-59383-3uct quality based on data analysis. The proposed virtual analyzer provides data preprocessing, automation of selection and maintenance, and also minimizes human intervention. The analyzer developed using machine learning methods is designed to quickly predict the state of the technological process under study and the quality of the final product.
