The applicant should have published 2 or 3 research papers in the top three academic journals of this subject: Journal name 1: Nature Food (Journal Abbreviation: NAT FOOD, ISSN:NULL, eISSN:2662-1355); Journal name 2: TRENDS IN FOOD SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY (Journal Abbreviation: TRENDS FOOD SCI TECH, ISSN:0924-2244, eISSN:1879-3053); Journal name 3: COMPREHENSIVE REVIEWS IN FOOD SCIENCE AND FOOD SAFETY (Journal Abbreviation: COMPR REV FOOD SCI F, ISSN:1541-4337, eISSN:1541-4337); of their subject within the past three years, either as an independent or co authored author. The applicant should have had work experience at a Times Higher Education (THE) 2025 Fortune 200 university or research institute within the past 10 years. Or The applicant is from The top ten laboratories or well-known research institutions in the world within its subject. Or, once have published CNS [CELL (ISSN: 0092-8674, eISSN: 1097-4172), NATURE (ISSN: 0028-0836, eISSN: 1476-4687), SCIENCE (ISSN: 0036-8075, eISSN: 1095-9203)] papers with either signed author position. Labor remuneration: 50-100 USD/hour.
