ACS投稿系統(tǒng)全過(guò)程詳解

第一步：了解在線投稿系統(tǒng)

1，所有的美國(guó)化學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)的期刊都可以使用在線投稿系統(tǒng)來(lái)投稿。

2，美國(guó)化學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)的在線投稿系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)從 2006年開(kāi)始升級(jí)，將由原來(lái)的 ACS Paragon系統(tǒng)升級(jí)到 ACS Paragon Plus系統(tǒng)。詳情見(jiàn)：

3，目前，只有《 Journal of Chemical Theory and Computation》在使用 ACS Paragon Plus系統(tǒng)，其它期刊仍使用ACS Paragon系統(tǒng)，地址為：

第二步：使用在線投稿系統(tǒng)

1，注冊(cè)一個(gè)帳號(hào)，以后所有的操作，此在線投稿系統(tǒng)都會(huì)給你的郵箱地址發(fā)送一封確認(rèn)信。 2，從在線投稿系統(tǒng)下載投稿模版，將自己的稿件重新排版。

3，根據(jù)在線投稿系統(tǒng)的提示來(lái)投稿。

4，投稿完成以后，系統(tǒng)會(huì)發(fā)一封確認(rèn)信到你的郵箱。

5，如果你上傳的稿件和cover letter 是word格式，投稿系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)將它轉(zhuǎn)換為pdf格式。 6，投稿結(jié)束前，系統(tǒng)會(huì)提醒你在核查一次。

7，你可以替別人（通訊聯(lián)系人）投稿，但是以后所有相關(guān)信件會(huì)發(fā)送至通訊聯(lián)系人的郵箱。

第三步：等待編輯部的處理

1，投稿結(jié)束后，系統(tǒng)會(huì)發(fā)送確認(rèn)信到你的郵箱，并給你的稿件編號(hào)，比如《INDUSTRIAL & ENGINEERING CHEMISTRY RESEARCH》期刊的編號(hào)是iexxxxxxx，前 27位為文章編號(hào)。

2，通常在投稿的第二天，編輯部會(huì)給你發(fā)送一份處理信，告訴你文章是被拒收了，還是給你指定編輯了。這其實(shí)就是編輯部的初審。

3，文章被拒的話，通常是因?yàn)閮?nèi)容的緣故，不過(guò)大家在投稿的時(shí)候，還是該注意一下文章版面的編輯。

4，如果文章初審?fù)ㄟ^(guò)，編輯部會(huì)給你的文章指定一位編輯，以后，所有的有關(guān)此稿件的聯(lián)系請(qǐng)直接與指定編輯聯(lián)系。

5，另外，編輯部還會(huì)要求你填寫(xiě)一份copyright form并傳真給指定的編輯。此表格可以從投稿系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)站上下載，有 2種格式，大家昀好使用交互式的文件格式，添好后打印出來(lái)簽字，可以傳真，也可以使用電子郵件發(fā)送給編輯。

6，參考郵件（全是我的真實(shí)郵件，略去了文章編號(hào)，編輯的聯(lián)系方式和一些個(gè)人信息）：

補(bǔ)充：

1，cover letter的寫(xiě)作：在線投稿的時(shí)候需要提交一次，第一次和編輯聯(lián)系的時(shí)候（也就是向編輯提交copyright form文里。具體內(nèi)容，小木蟲(chóng)上已經(jīng)有很多模版了，寫(xiě)起來(lái)也很方便。我本人就是借用了一個(gè)模版自己改寫(xiě)了的。

2，常常要登錄自己的投稿系統(tǒng)，追蹤文章?tīng)顟B(tài)。投稿剛結(jié)束后，Submitted to Editorial Office下No Action Required模塊中的Number為文章編號(hào)。
