Discription: Applicants can provide guidance for experimental design in their field, offer reasonable insights into experimental paradoxes, and provide suggestions for experimental optimization.

The applicant should have published 2 or 3 research papers in the top three academic journals of this subject: Journal name 1: Human Resource Management Journal (Journal Abbreviation: HUM RESOUR MANAG J, ISSN:0954-5395, eISSN:1748-8583); Journal name 2: JOURNAL OF HUMAN RESOURCES (Journal Abbreviation: J HUM RESOUR, ISSN:0022-166X, eISSN:1548-8004); Journal name 3: INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF MANPOWER (Journal Abbreviation: INT J MANPOWER, ISSN:0143-7720, eISSN:1758-6577); of their subject within the past three years, either as an independent or co authored author.

The applicant should have had work experience at a Times Higher Education (THE) 2025 Fortune 200 university or research institute within the past 10 years. Or The applicant is from The top ten laboratories or well-known research institutions in the world within its subject.

Or, once have published CNS [CELL (ISSN: 0092-8674, eISSN: 1097-4172), NATURE (ISSN: 0028-0836, eISSN: 1476-4687), SCIENCE (ISSN: 0036-8075, eISSN: 1095-9203)] papers with either signed author position.

Labor remuneration: 50-100 USD/hour.
