This study is based on sixty orbital tumors which were verified by histopathology. CT and MRI were superior in detecting tumors (100 percent), as compared to ultrasonography (91.7 percent). Imaging of the Anterior Segment of the Eye by a High Frequency Ultrasonographprecision of 0.2 mm. Cornea, sclera, iris and ciliary body are distinguished. The configuration of the iridocorneal angle and peripheral anterior synechia are well visualized. This compact high frequency ultrasonograph is useful to observe the anterior segment of the eye especially in the out-patient glaucoma ward.
