New Results on the Analysis and Optimization of A k-Out-of-n:F System with RepairIn this paper we review some of the recent results on the reliability of the linearly ordered consecutive-k-out-of-n:F systems. Weibull Parameter Estimation on a Personal ComputerA wide parameter field with sample sizes from 10 to 80 was studied. Based on the simulation results the method with the best overall performance was chosen and a userfriendly parameter estimation program was written in BASIC to run on a Personal Computer.
