Improving Perfect Parallelismrs. We show that there are memory-bound problems for which the runtime can be reduced by the forced parallelization of individual tasks across a small number of cores. Numerical Treatment of a Cross-Diffusion Model of Biofilm Exposure to Antimicrobialsedium degeneracy, (ii) super-diffusion singularity, (iii) nonlinear cross-diffusion. The scheme is based on a Finite Volume discretization in space and semi-implicit, non-local time integration. The resulting discretized system is implemented in Fortran and parallelized with OpenMP.
